  1. With havin so much written content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement? My blog has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my permission. Do you know any solutions to help protect against content from being ripped off? I’d truly appreciate it.

    1. Not many people have seen my page yet, so no, I didn’t have any problems with copyright infringement yet. To answer your question: You have automatic copyright by default on your own texts. You just need to prove that they’re your own. It’s best to use a service like http://www.copyrighted.com which might verify your copyright in front of a judge. If you find your texts popping up on other people’s blogs, you should ask them to remove your material first. If they don’t do it, you might have to contact a lawyer and send them a little letter demanding the removal and maybe even some money for damages. I’m sure when they get an official letter from a law firm, they will be rather quick in removing the texts. The problems with that is that you need to find out their contact data first, and you also probably have to pay the lawyer beforehand.
